After we were seated, we waited approximately 5 minutes for the same person who seated us to take out the order. I have no idea of her name, but she walked us to us and said, Whatcha getting? One of my biggest pet peeves is not writing down the order. She didn 't write it down BUT she got the order correct. I ordered the whiskey glazed chicken sliders with a house salad, no tomatoes, and honey mustard dressing. My husband ordered mozzarella sticks and the salmon with the orange glaze, mashed potatoes, and house salad with ranch. The mozzarella sticks were edible, but I didn 't like the breading. One of the two plates dirty upon arriving. She quickly brought second drinks even though we just started our first drinks, but the second cup is very dirty. The food was pretty good. The salads seem fresh and tasted very good. The sliders have a lot of flavor and are also delicious.. The salmon is overcooked and dry. But the sauce was full of flavor. The potatoes were standard but could use some gravy or butter. We arrived around 11:45 and the place was quiet and deserted. The noise level started to pick up around 12:25. We were seated, ordered with, and given food all by the same person. She 's also working the bar. I would not be surprised if she was also the cook.
I went to this restaurant on a Saturday with my son and friend. The hostess was friendly but seemed stressed and told us there was a 15-minute wait, even though the restaurant was only 25% full. We noticed there were only three workers - the hostess, who was also bussing tables and taking Togo orders, the bartender who also looked stressed, and another person who told us our wait time was now 40 minutes. We waited for the hostess to come back and told her about the updated time. She said to give her a second, but we noticed that no one was being served or greeted in the kitchen for about 7-10 minutes. Several people walked out, and we followed suit when a couple who had been seated said they never received their drink after someone brought it to them. It's disappointing, as THIS FRIDAYS USED TO BE THE SPOT. It's a shame to see such a staffing issue.
I don't know what happened to this restaurant, but they definitely need new management. It might be better to just tear it down and start over! I arrived at 9pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was closed and locked. When I tapped on the window, the wait staff gave me a dirty look and ignored me. There was no signage to explain why the doors were locked, and when people not in our party called, no one answered. I don't understand what is going on.
We ordered to go, 2- Fridays Combos, and order of boneless wings and fries. When we arrived home, noticed the potato skins were missing from the combo and the bone-in wings were extremely small. Needless to say, we returned the food and requested a refund. During this encounter, the manager Julia assisted us. She and the to-go staff member informed us that they had received notification on that day, POTATO SKINS WERE REMOVED FROM THE COMBO!!!! A corporate decision!!! If this is the case, WHY IS IT STILL LISTED ON THE MENU?!! TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I specifically ordered the combo for the potato skins. First the system went down, we stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. She went into back and got lost for another 10 minutes. My husband started to approach the back and she mysteriously appeared again. She mentioned the refund needed to be processed in the back. She came to the front, grabbed the receipt and returned to the back for another 5 minutes. Finally, she returned, stating a full refund was honored and it would take up to 3 days to receive. She thought a verbal communication would finalize the transaction. I went back in and requested a written note on the receipt indicating this ordeal. I will never return to this location AGAIN!!!!!! Horrible food and customer service, barely any patrons, loud music and an empty dining room (both sides). Do yourself a favor, and go elsewhere!!
It turns out that Krispy Rice on delivery apps like DoorDash is actually TGI Fridays. I wish I had known this before ordering sushi from them! The cute to-go packaging and tasty truffle avocado krispy rice made me think I was getting food from a sushi place, but it became clear once I saw and smelled the roll I received. I ordered a philly roll, but got a rainbow roll by mistake. Unfortunately, the yellowtail and ahi tuna in the roll had gone bad and smelled terrible. After some research, I confirmed that Krispy Rice is indeed TGI Fridays. I tried calling to let them know about the issue, but they didn't answer. DoorDash refunded me for the roll, which was appreciated, but I hope no one else got sick from their food.
