Slim Chickens - Bowie

I have a strong fondness for Slim Chickens, but I was let down by the dry rub wings as they didn't live up to my expectations.

They forgot to include the sauces for my other dishes... But the bigger issue is that I ordered a 6-wing meal and only received 5! Haha!

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the lively atmosphere adds to the experience. I've loved everything I've tried from the menu. However, if you decide to order the chicken and waffles, I recommend dining in. If you need to take it to go, be sure that your drive isn't too long to keep the waffle crispy.

This is the first location of this chain that I've come across. I was driving by when I noticed it and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered the chicken and waffles, along with their cheesecake in a jar, and it was absolutely delicious! I'm looking forward to trying more items from their menu!

The chicken was extremely dry. I've never had this problem at Slim before, and I'm really let down. Now I can't choose anything else for lunch, so I have to take this dry chicken to work with me.
