Mcdonald's - Severna Park

I love this place! They have first class dishes, their menu is rich, The cook at this place is well trained, I like a lot to try their food. The food is always fresh and tasty, the attitude to the customers is efficient. I often visit this restaurant and I wasn't even unhappy. I highly recommend it.

This is the fourth time in as many weeks I've been disappointed with this place. The staff is pleasant enough, and the inside is clean. They just can't get the food right. They've gotten my order wrong the past four times I've been there. Adding insult, I had to wait for 10 minutes in the drive thru this most recent time. It'll be the last time I go here. I'm not going to pay someone to give me food I'm not going to eat, because they got my order wrong.

Historically, I've had good experiences here. However, during my last couple of visits, when I approached the pay window, the employee asked me what I had ordered. I suppose that's how they determine my total. It just felt a bit off to me.
