Five Guys - Odenton

Excellent service! I placed my order in advance and picked it up at the store. The timing was perfect, and my food was ready right on time. Everything was hot and fresh. However, I gave it 4 stars for the food because the fries were a bit too salty—I had to shake off some of the salt.

I visited Five Guys on November 17, 2022, around 7:00 PM, and there was an issue with the soda machine. I tried to bring it to the attention of the person who took our order, but he said they were too busy to check it out. I then spoke to the manager, who introduced herself as Nai. She briefly looked at the machine, sighed, and then walked away in a rude manner. I went back to my table to finish my meal, hoping she might return to inform us that the machine was fixed, but instead, she just went back behind the counter. I'm really disappointed with how she handled the situation.

Great service and delicious food! The staff was friendly and attentive to everything. The burgers were the best I've ever had for $5, but unfortunately, they cost $10.

I love Five Guys, but the Odenton site is lame. I didn't get what I ordered, and our food was cold. There are a few people working there that take their sweet time, so it was slow service. It is not an isolated incident; happens a lot. The Greenbelt site is also bad. Other locations I was across the country were great. Crofton was my best experience in MD.

The food is so good, and it's ready so fast. The food is like fast food but so much better quality. I love eating there and they have free peanuts while you wait for you food
