フィードバックを提供するSecond time in a row where the staff did not answer the phone and when I arrived after 15-20 minutes at 10:40ish they close at 12 a.m. and they said they no longer accept orders. I wanted to make first delivery the thru 12am
The service was good. I accidentally dropped my sandwich, which was part of my order, and they kindly made me a new one. However, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing gloves while preparing the food, and there was a man in the back eating at the same time. Additionally, I felt like they provided me with a bag because I had three orders. I also didn't see anyone washing their hands, including the staff member who took my order and answered the phones. Given the pandemic, I believe it's important for people to wear gloves and keep their masks over their noses.
Manager's direct offer: I have too many customers. If you order online, they won't process large orders. At best, they can't accommodate you. Don't waste your time with these Domino's.
I've been a regular customer at this Domino's since the beginning of the pandemic, ordering delivery almost every week and a half from March to October. Recently, I ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and even left a 20% tip. The pizza was, as always, very good. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I realized I had been double charged. I called the restaurant and faced nothing but difficulties over the course of three days. I was put on hold five times and waited for 30 minutes on another call. At one point, I was told that my identity had been stolen, but that was untrue. If this is how they treat loyal customers, refusing to acknowledge their mistakes and issue a refund, I’m sorry to say that they have lost a regular customer.
I?ve ordered from them before and there haven?t been any problems, but this order went slightly amiss. I don?t care if I?m a douche for saying this, but I had some ranch containers missing, so I called about it. They said the guy would come back and deliver it. Cool. So 30 mins hit and he still isn?t here I?m about a 12 min drive on Apple Maps from this store). So I call to check and I?m on hold for about an hour and the guy still isn?t here. If the guy, can?t do it, just say it, but now I?m kind of stuck in limbo. Do I eat the now cold) pizza or wait? I mean I get it if it?s a rush, but still. Don?t make promises that will take over an hour to fulfill when it comes to pizza :
