The gentleman (Sammy, I assume) was a gracious and friendly host who made great recommendations from the large menu and we had a great conversation while we waited a few minutes for our sandwiches. When we got our food, H-3 and H-9, we were not disappointed. They were good size and delicious. We?ll definitely be back next time we?re in Annapolis! Thanks, Big Cheese!
Stopped by while walking around Annapolis near the Naval Base. Purchased a sandwich recommended by the owner, along with some cheese and a dill pickle. The sandwich was prepared well and had the right amount of spices and taste notes in a meat hoagie sandwich. The pickle reminded me of the ones that I brought in my childhood back in the day. I totally recommend this establishment. The owner was nice, as we had a good conversation about the area. He promised me that I
Mean old people. Ate there 3 times. First time food was decent. Second time the owner husband gave me the wrong #9 sandwich. I ate it anyway, didn?t like it. 3rd time same thing, so I brought it back and asked apologetically if I could possibly get the right one. The owner wife went into a righteous indignant rage, including slamming down her pen. I tried to defuse the situation, but as I walked out the door she said mean stuff about people never being happy and told me
I absolutely adore cheese! Judy is amazing! I purchased Saint Angel, Saint Agur, Truffle Cheddar, and a fantastic new firm cheese called Vlaskaas. She crafted a beautiful cheese board that included walnuts, hot pepper jelly, garlic stuffed olives, figs, and baguettes. Thank you, Judy, for your expertise! I love what you do!
I went to Annapolis for lunch with two friends, riding over from Dixon Observation. We decided to share two sandwiches: a brie and apple, and a turkey and cheese, both made on delicious baguettes. We took our sandwiches to enjoy by the dock, and they were absolutely wonderful.
