Soul - Annapolis

Charming little spot! I celebrated my birthday here and was hoping they served chicken and waffles all day. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it for a night out. The atmosphere reminded me of Lemongrass on West Street.

The atmosphere was perfect for COVID, featuring a lovely patio for seating and ample parking. The staff was attentive and friendly—shoutout to Margaret M! The food was outstanding and served hot. I almost forgot to mention the spiked chai tea I ordered. It was a bit chilly outside, but the drink was a fantastic blend of chocolate, spiced rum, and butterscotch (which I typically dislike), yet it turned out to be delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. The prices were fair, and the portion sizes were just right.

I ordered delivery and was quite disappointed. I got the veggie flatbread, but it seemed like half of the vegetables were missing. The crust was extremely hard, making it painful to chew. My husband ordered the ribs and Dixie hot chicken, which turned out to be little chicken nuggets along with just four small pieces of ribs. The portion sizes were too small for the price we paid.

Edelstein is an incredible hidden gem. They offer small plates that are perfect for sharing, which is one of my favorite dining styles. The inventive flavors are truly delightful. I can't say enough positive things about this place!

The restaurant offers a variety of large and small plates with intriguing aromas that are not overly extravagant. The clam pasta is expertly prepared, featuring a light sauce over freshly made pasta.
