An absolute nightmare configuration of a drive-thru. They decided to have a delivery at 8:30 pm for whatever reason, so naturally they blocked off the only exit forcing you to merge in with those that either have also made the terrible decision to buy food at this McDonalds. So I sat there for 20 minutes reflecting the poor choice and decided against ordering and having to circle the building again in the ring around the rosie from hell. So I had no choice to wait while the flow moved a couple of inches every 5 mins. The person out front wasn't directing traffic or helping anyone trying to leave by making sure people closed the gap enough for you to slide by the trailer that was unloading so I'm not entirely sure what their role was besides ignoring you. I would suggest having a delivery time after hours or possibly closer to it to avoid this in the future, or finding a way to revamp the parking lot layout to not be a firehazard when, because there's a shipment and a full drive-thru, a firetruck can't make it in through the one in one out method they have devised. Please corporate, do something to keep your employees from having to deal with this and keeping them from getting the end of misdirected anger as I witnessed from other vehicles in front of me.
It'll be expensive. Fish sandwich $4.59 and small frits $1.49. Really! But could have 2 large pommes, 4 fish sandwiches and large drinks for $17. Something's wrong here.
I picked up a Turkish order and when I waited in someone, I was greeted by none of the staff who were visible. I was not recognized by the first two employees who saw me the third employee who asked me if I ordered, and I said yes, and she said that she will be with you and pointing to another member of the staff. It would have been nice, at least recognized when I came to the door, when two of the staff noticed that I was there, instead I was simply ignored what is very bad customer service and satisfaction, I am very disappointed by this visit and really hope that there is a kind of improvement as I will visit this place frequently. Rule number one, when a customer goes into the door to say a common courtesy Hello show some manners and respect that we come to spend our money with your company. You represent McDonald's no matter what your position is when you are seen by a customer, all you need to do is say we will be right with you.
Today’s visit was just perfect! I enjoyed an In-N-Out burger and a drink. Although the drive-thru line was long, the cashier was friendly and even included my straw and napkins, which are sometimes forgotten. Thank you!
