Semifreddo Italian Cuisine - Manassas

I don't even know where to start from as soon as we entered the restaurant we were taken care of by the kindest employees!! They were attentive, helpful, and very friendly. The food and drinks were AMAZING as well. I got the crab ravioli (forgot what it is actually called) and it was delicious. Would recommend

We were on our way home from the Nokesville area and we wanted to get some pasta on the way. I looked it up and this came up and let me tell you I will absolutely go all the way out of my way to come here again and again. The best pasta I have had in a LONG time and the service was so fast and lovely. Now we did feel a BIT out of place wearing SUPER casual clothes but we got over that fast when the food came out. The FETTUCCINE DI SPINACI ALLA NORCINA (sorry for the caps copied and pasted from the menu) was effing FANTASTIC. Just a touch (smidge even) spicy, a little salty, the fettuccine was perfectly al dente.it was a dream. We had to get another to share because otherwise we’d be licking the plate and that would be weird. We also had the bolognese which was also delicious and my sons fave but that fettuccine dish?? *chefs kiss* Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu

Excellent Italian restaurant! The food speaks for itself on how truly delicious and fresh the ingredients are. I am very picky with food. Chef franklin and his kitchen whipped up something amazing for me. I'm not good with pictures so here it is. The place may look casual at the front but once you step in. Oh boy! It's a different environment. Needless to say i really enjoyed the experience but ultimately it was the food that won me over. Having got to chat with the chef himself, his love for the food and his culinary experiences. Just made my dining experience all the more sweeter!
