フィードバックを提供するI should have read the reviews first. Spent $30 on a sweet cheese steak and cold frits. Strange that the pommes were cold, I got my order maybe 15 minutes after the placement. It seems they were sitting at least an hour.
I believed to run pizza near the shopping district, decided to stop. I saw that she had a deal for two slices of pizza for $6.99 and a well, so I got that. The first thing I noticed was that the girl at the counter didn't seem happy at all, which I can understand, but after I got the slices she used her naked hands to pull it off and put it on a record. I know it goes into the oven, but if you use your hands when there are fake nails and any kind of germs or bacteria underneath, it doesn't matter. Because it is only warmed up again and not standing up to actually try to get rid of all bacteria and Grimm. Luckily, she only touched the crust I won't eat. I don't know if I come back, but I would recommend that they serve their employees through a kind of safe class, so they know the guilt and not the food industry.
Ordered thru slice. Ordered the chicken fingers and fries with cheese. I got a bag of chicken fingers and French fries. I?ve gotten this several times before and it always came with mozzarella cheese. I called and let them know it didn?t come with cheese and I didn?t want a refund I just wanted it corrected. So they said they would correct it and bring it back out and instead of correcting my order they gave me 2 sides of cold cheese whiz which looked like glue. When I called slice they said there was nothing they can do. Won?t be ordering there ever again.
I ordered ham provolone sub and would not even eat it. Lettuce was all brown and had 1 tomato, which was all on the bottom.. had @3 pieces of ham and the cheese was kinda melted. The sub was not even close to being cold or even cool? to me, this is totally unacceptable! Glad I wasted that money and my trash can gets a sub!
Called to simply ask them to fix my order as there were several things wrong with it, such as, hardly any cheese in my ice cold hard fries. Missing drink, cheesesteak had brown lettuce, and soggy bread. The man on the phone stated he couldn?t understand me, so I explained it again. He then told me how no, I did not spend almost $20, it was only $12.????? How are you going to tell me what I spent when I have the receipt??? Asked if they could have another driver deliver my food, and beverages correctly this time or issue me a refund. He then continues to tell me how the order WASNT wrong and that HE made it so HES SURE it?s all correct!!!??? At this point I?m pretty frustrated, so I ask the man on the phone ?how are you going to sit and tell me my order is correct and what I?m telling you is basically not true? And you can?t fix it?!? He then told me he isn?t going to talk to me if I talk to him ?like that? and he was going to hang up the phone. I said ok, so? You are going to do what about my issue?? again? I called because there?s? an ? issue with my order?. Again, I was in the wrong, no refund, no correct delivery, will not ever again use this business. Good Customer service, business skills, and kindness goes a long way!
