Shorty's Diner - Williamsburg

Wow i am really speechless about this place. I ordered from door dash and they made my dasher wait an additional 30 minutes just for a sandwich. Once i start eating the sandwich, i taste nothing. The food was so dry and flavorless i really couldn’t believe it. How does an egg or bacon have no taste? The biscuit was dry and disgusting. The French toast was horrendous. Maybe they were having a bad day idk. But the food tasted like it was months old. What a waste of money.

I thought this was a very good place to have breakfast. It was very busy and the customers were really loud and noisy. The service was great and the food very tasty. Took one star away for the noise. Would visit again. I did visit again on August 1 2024. I’m taking all the stars away as this can’t be the same place where I ate before. The food cooked now is Awful and not to order. That coke machine and product taste was nasty! There are better places to eat so go there not here.

Food was great, server was great. Got very annoyed waiting 20-25 mins with a group of 4 an than a group of 5 walk in and are immediately sat with, I was given a poor excuse as to why but soon as I mention it she seats us. Other than that it is a very nice restaurant

I had eggs with corned beef hash. Delicious! Perfect when you need breakfast/brunch to prepare you for a hard day's work. Servers are experienced a do their jobs with good humor. Just a little noisy.
