Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Visited the Williamsburg Rita’s for the first time tonight. It was busy but line moved quickly. Was greeted by Allison with a big smile and very friendly. Lots of great choices. Will definitely return.

Allison was the most little lady with such a big smile. Appreciate her helpful and pleasant nature! Delicious treat.

Bad customer service experience. Ordered a large twist and large sundae and both were called out of the window as “smalls”. When we informed the staff that we in fact ordered larges, they looked confused, closed the window and conversed with other staff, then opened the window again and said “oh yeah we made larges they were just written down as smalls.” It was the end of the evening so I understand people are eager to get home, but when you’re paying almost $15 for ice cream, the employees should not be blatantly lying to and under serving the customer. Unfortunately this experience has soured our view and we will be patronizing other local ice cream businesses in the future instead.

There seemed to be only 1 person working but she did a good job of keeping the line moving and was very pleasant. I wish you would get one in the Richmond area again.

Great overall experience. Customer service was awesome and so delectable! Love this place!!
