Qdoba Mexican Grill - Williamsburg

Awesome customer service evertime I'm in to eat. Delicious food with plenty to choose from and always taste fresh.

I realize that these restaurants are quite common, but I want to express my gratitude to the owner and staff for their dedication and excellent service. Even though they never mentioned it, I can tell that, as a franchise, the pandemic has impacted their financial situation. Despite this, they still offer fresh, delicious food and outstanding hospitality.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offer pickled onions and jalapeños! I had no idea, and it really excited me! The bowl cost around $9, but it was fresh and satisfying. I opted for just veggies, but I think guacamole might have been an extra charge. It’s a bit pricier than Chipotle, but I was really impressed and would definitely return.

All I can say is, “I’ve missed Qdoba!” I've been a fan since 2001 in Colorado. I would drive for miles just to enjoy the delicious adobo chicken and enchilada soup! The staff at this location provide excellent customer service, which is hard to come by these days.
