Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - West Monroe

Ordered 5pc tender combo, got home to find no fries, and the tender were mostly breading with little chicken. Very disappointed!

Dining room was closed! Had to go thru drive thru,, fyi: if you order the wings? Make sure they set them right side up in the bag, flat!!! No napkins, shrimp tackle box so cold... Please put wings in a different box!

We placed an order online, paid for it get to the restaurant and the employees inside say they are closed and they did not receive our order. We ordered at 9pm. They close at 11pm on a Friday night. Or so the website says. If they was closed why was the doors unlocked, lights on and why was I able to order our food and pay for it??!! I have had nothing but trouble out of this place! Employees are so rude, they do it know anything about customer service. We definitely will not be going back.. I do not recommend at all!

Asked for a number 3 with no pickle, didn’t get any cheese or bacon on my sandwhich and they put pickles on it. Had order a large mac as well. Was pulled on what I assumed the chicken. But nah after 5 mins of waiting they had came out and said they were out of Mac? I’ve worked at this Popeyes it’s not hard to check if you have any Mac up or if there’s any if the warmer, especially before you charge and pull a car? Also didn’t get any silverware for the mashed or the honey I’d asked for. Food was at least fresh.

Was just here Easter Sunday after Church. I wanted to say even though it was a little busy there were 2 young men working up front who were doing a fantastic job. I watched one of them after he had all of a family’s food on trays then they decided they wanted it packed to go. He did not make a face, or say anything, did it quickly and smiled, then got back to us, his next customer. You only ever hear bad stuff about fast food employees, I wanted to point these young men out but unfortunately, I did not catch their names. This restaurant was well managed on this busy afternoon. Thank you!
