Chick-fil-a - West Monroe

No greetings, no hello, bathrooms are on side of the building , no indoor seating, parking lot was tight for an SUV. This is outside dining only , drive thru, wasnt until we left and went across the street to eat at another establishment, then we saw a 2nd Chick fil A that was indoor. Would have been nice for some signage or communication to advise customers

The food is top notch, hands down, if you like chicken you will never have a bad meal here. However, sometimes the wait staff can be a bit "overly-friendly? No, not in an overtly obnoxious way. More of a forced kindness. This is only MY personal opinion. (4 stars) most find the service 5 star and the kids LOVE the fun facility.. kiddos never have a bad thing to say.

Coffee only comes in small and it was lukewarm. Very disappointed at this location. It wasn't a normal Chick-fil-A

I was trying to be healthy and got the grilled chicken breast sandwich w/o cheese. It was dry as a bone and tough to get through.As always the staff was awesome.

Service and food are excellent, but the vehicle traffic flow is insane.
