The Cheesecake Factory - Washington DC

This Cheesecake Factory is pretty much what you’d expect, but the staff here really stands out. The servers are consistently polite, which definitely enhances the dining experience. We ordered cheesecake to-go for my birthday, but our server insisted on making it special by serving it with a candle, and kept the birthday song low-key, which made my night even better. However, I have to mention that the women’s restroom was in terrible condition.

The food was not very impressive, but the service was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. As for wheelchair accessibility, the entrance is quite wide.

They were the BEST. I left my wallet with my license and all my credit cards and left home to another state the next morning and couldn’t go back for it. I called the get my information from my license to apply for a new one and the general manager shipped it to me. Above and beyond.
