There's also some outdoor seating available for pleasant weather. Subway is a straightforward choice; you know exactly what to expect. The only question is whether the quality matches the franchise's standards, and in this instance, it definitely does.
Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The fresh vegetables and bread caught my eye as well. I thought to myself, "This is going to be my go-to Subway." My sandwich was absolutely delicious!
This was one of the better restaurants I've visited. I ordered a foot-long whole wheat sandwich with egg, bacon, turkey, avocado, pepper, salt, oregano, Chipotle sauce, and tomato.
I visited the restaurant to purchase a gift card. While I was there, a customer was at the register and others were having their sandwiches prepared. After the young lady finished assisting the previous customer, she asked me to wait while she helped the next person complete their transaction. Once that was done, she attended to me, but we encountered some difficulty with the credit card machine while processing my gift card. I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes. Although the lady tried to be polite, she occasionally came across as a bit abrupt with customers. I think she could benefit from showing a little more patience, both with customers and the POS system.
I visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy a sandwich, but I received meat that tasted off. When I asked for a replacement sandwich, the young lady named Naomi refused to help until I called the number on my receipt, which turned out to just be the store's phone number. Eventually, she agreed to make a new sandwich but was quite rude in her demeanor. She told me I needed to specify the right meat because she wouldn't be making another one after that. At that point, I simply wanted a refund, but she denied me. Not wanting to argue, I left without anything. After leaving, I called the store to speak with the manager, but I was hung up on. I was trying to reach Doris Ramos. This was my worst experience at a Subway, and it's turned me off from their service entirely. I even brought two coworkers with me who were also dissatisfied. I will not be returning!
