The chocolates and the pastries are of very good quality but the service was bad. It is supposed to be open up to 8 pm but after 7 pm there is no service for sitting and if people sit at the table they have to eat their desert from the carton box and they’re not able to use the restroom which is already closed… it’s a pity for such a great place…

The hot chocolate lives up to the praise that others have given it, having a rich complexity and the perfect amount of sweetness to be enjoyed in small or large quantities. The service is also super friendly and the ambience is fantastic as well. However, need to subtract a star because the hot chocolate (while great) is not the best that I've ever had in spite of the eye-watering prices.Again, really enjoyable but so expensive that it's merely a great experience and not an excellent one. Still would recommend for a special post-lunch or pre-dinner treat if you're in the area!
