The patio is lovely, and the staff is friendly. However, we won't be returning. Only a portion of the 20% service charge actually reaches the staff, yet you end up being taxed on the entire amount. The juice pouches are decent, but not worth $12 each.

Super crowded but great atmosphere, great drinks, friendly staff.

I have no complaints about the atmosphere, food, or drinks at this restaurant. You simply scan a QR code to place your order online, and everything is brought to you without any direct interaction—pretty cool! However, I find the mandatory 20% tip to be excessive, especially since there’s no traditional table service. I ordered water, not knowing how it worked, but it never arrived. I should have asked for it, but it would have been nice if it was offered without prompting. Once again, a 20% mandatory tip feels a bit much when there's no waitstaff. Given the prices, I would expect employees to be compensated fairly, right? Am I off base here? Is this what they call tipflation?

One of my favorite bars in Washington, D.C. The drinks and atmosphere are lively and enjoyable. It's an ideal spot for a relaxed birthday celebration. I just wish there were more bars like this in the city!
