Subway - Walnut Creek

I have been a regular at this restaurant for some time now, but I must say that this particular location has recently become one of the worst Subways I have been to. The wait times are too long, the bread is stale (rock hard), and they overcook the cookies. It seems like the staff here could benefit from some new training.

I decided not to do business with this location. I understand that in the time of covid that extra cleaning takes a toll on businesses, but the unavailability of a bathroom for use by paying customers such as myself is unacceptable and frankly is ahealthcode violation in most places

I haven't had Subway in years. I ordered the Subway Club sandwich. It was a bit light on the toppings, but the half sandwich and bag of chips were satisfyingly filling.

The Subway advertised coupons are not accepted at this restaurant.

I enjoyed the New Chicken Caprese sandwich for lunch. Thank you for the great sevice. I also have to say thank you for the complimentary brownie cookie that was yummy too!! ????
