Montecatini - Walnut Creek

The food at Montecatini is exceptional. Their happy hour menu offers a fantastic selection of appetizers and beverages. However, be prepared for a high noise level, especially if you're seated near the bar or close to a large group. The service has consistently matched the quality of the food—it's outstanding. The host, Steve, is quite a character and makes everyone feel like an old friend that he’s thrilled to see.

I believe the restaurant needs to remove one or two tables. The proximity to each other is such that even the waitresses were moving empty chairs to deliver food. Other than that, we love this place. They are wonderful as to helping my handicapped husband get to and from his table. The food is marvelous and one of the best dinners I have had in awhile.

I'm hooked on Montecatini! The restaurant is exactly what I look for in a dining establishment. Solid cocktails, great food, comfortable seating and outstanding service. Thank you to Maitre'd Steven and our waiter Tony for a great evening. Food highlights include: the lasagna and tiramisu! Dont walk...run to Montecatini!
