'I have no words' summarizes well what I feel. But as I imagine that feeling can be something ambiguous about the goodness of the local, my impressions go: In flavor, 7/7. The rest is impeccable, but the Naoki definitely stands out for its taste. The preparations range from traditional cuts and presentations achieved with millimetric mastery to adventured gears of flavors, textures and temperatures as glorious as unexpected. Erizos, cochayuyos, sri strecha, nori crocante and truffle are some of the protagonists of the magical adventure. The price of the local, however, obliges you to book it for special super-duper occasions. I recommend planning as who will see a musician coming to play from abroad. Prepare (and plan, emotionally and financially) to go to a taste concert. For food lovers, and particularly raw fish, it is not just about 'going to eat', but a wonderful artistic experience. It should be mentioned that despite prices this wonder is filled and it is very difficult - not to say impossible - to get table without reservation. Local 200% recommended, book in advance
Excellent place! Different and innovative offer in sushi. 5.0 in service and incredible food even though truffle oil as used in various preparations I suggest to look at what is requested with different ingredients. cup/ ≤b/ The amazing salmon Sashimi... the best I have ever tried.. very fine cut and spectacular flavor ≤br/ ≤br/ Very well presentations of the dishes. If you want to eat at table and not at the bar... you better book in advance... but the bar is highly recommended.
An unforgettable experience!! You sit down and give you a hot wet towel to wash your hands... the shooter was with a twisted touch that I loved!! The roll with fried egg codorniz was also soft to the palate and very tasty... every roll that was sent to us by chef Marko was leaving us happier.. We ended up with a fua that was like a dessert... the truth the best I ever had.
Nice place where it is nice that it is small, a attention that seems to be surrounded by secret agents that coordinate everything in a very discreet and in perfect order, all in the presence of its leader, Marcos Baeza, who likes to see the dedication with which it becomes a cook more next to others in the bar. Quick and very elegant preparations. We tried the most original that we were recommended had preferred and others not so much (my palate does not like the eel seems). I would come back to try something more classic and perhaps like this with known flavors, notice even more the genius of Chef Marcos Baeza, who is present in every detail!
