Absolutely fantastic BBQ ribs! Not pre sauced! Literally fall off the bone! Great seasoning in the meat. The sauce is brilliant, reminds me of a mole, very well balanced and it doesn't overpower the meat. Service is quick and on point. A half rib plate with 2 sides, is only $16!! Parking for about 15 big trucks and is next to a Loves.

If you love bbq this is for you, the ribs are on the small side not Texas big) but pack big flavor. The cabbage was tasty with bits of jalapeños and their version of Pico de Gallo. Pull pork is so tender as well as the brisket. Clean place and they welcome truckers they have semi parking also

Highly recommended! Never had barbecue that tasted so good. The staff was awesome there was a gentleman there that has worked for over 25 years with this franchise and was telling his awesome story and connections with the owner. The macaroni and cheese was off the chain highly recommended in the pictures here I ordered the three meat special you get two sides I got the baked potato which was completely loaded and not expected for the amount of food given I didn't honestly think I was going to finish the plate definitely reasonable and pricing. The three meats special came with on my platter ribs, sausage, and I don't even know if I just slammed everything I ate. Definitely recommended by the truck drivers as I was walking through the process for the first time

That's the BEST chicken I had. It tastes so good no BBQ sauce required! The okra is actually fried crunchy! The baked Mac and cheese also has a smokey taste. I'm very glad we landed at that exit for the night!

Big Bbq had 3 meats with sides.... Chicken, pork and ribs... They were all well seasoned, delicate and juicy not overcooked and dry at all. Pages: Fried cabbage and green beans again very well seasoned. Husband had a half plate of ribs and chicken he said was super... Had other page options that also looked good.. Bbq Sauce serves great taste on the side. The only drawback of this restaurant was that there are no maismuffins or maize bread on the menu. Clean toilets, very friendly and polite staff, in good location. The best bbq me and I lived in Texas for years.
