Pizza Hut - Valparaiso

Went a long distance for the buffet, qas told they closed the buffet... it was only 1 hour into it. This some sad stuff, my mentally disabled friend was devastated to say the least, and not a few tears were shed on his part. This is a travesty nay, an embarrassment to pizza hut.

This was one of the worst pizzas that I have ever ordered, from Pizza Hut or elsewhere. The store got the order wrong, the Door Dash driver couldn't figure out that the pick up and delivery address had come through as the same place (the Pizza Hut store) and so was extremely late getting the pizza to me. The driver apparently didn't have the proper equipment, because they did not have a pizza bag to carry the pizza out of the car and I'm guessing didn't have a warming oven in the car, as the pizza was stone cold when it arrived.

Arrived exactly on time and tasted wonderful!! My guests said they would order this after enjoying this particular 'package '. We all wished there had been more pasta because it was rather a small portion for 4 people but we all gave this meal 5 stars.

2nd time I asked for well done and crispy but got soggy and floppy.Do better pizza hut. Didn't want to leave a bad review but the survey ask if I would leave a Google review so here it is. Im done with this location in Valparaiso Indiana. People are very rude here. They need to be trained better if there going to deal with customers. Read the order and make good pizza. You got the easiest job but can't even make a cheese pizza right. How does someone make a cheese pizza wrong. Drug test your employees because there is no reason my order twice in a row comes out wrong, it's a plain cheese pizza well done. I rather get my order right than get it fast. Thanks alot to the worst employees around 6:35 pm. Monday nov.6th.
