Fluid Coffeebar - Valparaiso

Update. fluid now has 4 standorte! two in valparaiso, one in michigan city and one in crown point. Apart from smoked salmon offered on a bagel, the menu here is completely vegetarian with vegan options. look at this! 8-28-2016: Love this place! the people who work here create the best mood for this coffee house. beautiful sitting area in the free front. tables inside and cool cuddly chairs in the back. art works on the walls and the common billboard back. no soy milk, mand milk is here the non-dairy option. awesome creative espresso drinks with dingen like cayenne pfeffer. drinks with local theme names. light food like sandwiches, granola yogurt, hummus. my only complain is that this place is more oriented towards vegetarian, with not so many vegan options. as it would be great to always have a vegan bakery selection (also a packed cookie! if u came or have they holding a container of vegan yogurt in the back so vegan can order the granola yogurt (u can only with mandelmilch tho! . overall fluid awesome is highly recommended. updated from previous review on 2016-08-28

I come to Fluid whenever I come to Valpo. I love the employees, the coffee, the food, and the atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea, have a snack and meet new people. I highly recommend Fluid

The iced latte I had was so delicious, but the coffee is not just the only perk of this place, their environment was so chill, and different from any other shop I have been to before. Perfect for working on a creative project. Give it a try if you are in the area, you won't regret!

I don't visit this restaurant very often because I live 45 minutes away, but every time I do, the food is amazing and keeps me coming back. The staff is genuine and kind, the drinks are made with the most delicious ingredients, and the atmosphere is cool and welcoming. Thank you, Fluid!
