Trevarekafeen - Vagan

The restaurant starts serving pizza at 3pm. The pizza was excellent. If you arrive earlier, they also offer vegan baked goods in the cafe. I enjoyed a delicious slice of banana bread.

I had a fantastic sandwich at the cafe - vegan cheese and squash sandwich with tapenade, lemon zest, and mint. The vegan pizza was also delicious - creamy artichoke sauce, caramelized mushrooms, spinach, nutritional yeast, fresh parsley, and chili oil.

Oat milk is offered for drinks at this restaurant. They also serve a sandwich with vegan cheese and vegan banana bread, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic!

I really loved this place. I was about 3 weeks in henningswær and spent 3 nights in one of the rooms upstairs. I've been working here every day. the view of the mountain is an absolute dream! it is a more beautiful place to work, and the young people who work there are also really sweet. I was there in the summer, so it was mostly young people who spend their summer in henningswær, and so it felt a summer camp that I thought was nice the rooms are also beautiful. the only suggestions I have are dark shadows for the summer it is hard to sleep otherwise because they only have wooden hoses that close the window too, and then the room becomes too warm when it is a warm day. I would also have loved the opportunity to make tee or coffee in my room, the parties here are also much fun. I can't wait to come back!
