フィードバックを提供するIt is difficult to evaluate because the first impression was not so good. The waitress wouldn't give us a table on the window, although there are several. People came to dinner, but it was 1 1/2 hours later, so I saw these tables were empty while we sat on the other side of the restaurant. I call this pure mediocrity especially that we were just one night in town. The food was delicious. We had appetizers, nets and desserts. Luckily another waiter came by, Magdalena, if I didn't mistake myself, who was more professional and very knowledgeable than it was about choosing wines.
Delicious lamb with a fantastic black garlic emulsion. From the dessert was our favorite part of the licorice sorbet. The combination of aromas and textures in both dishes was very beautiful.
Had dinner here last night. Had the outer filet of venison and then the Panna Cotta for dessert. The meat was cooked perfectly to my preferences, the potatoes on the side were done very well and overall the side dishes were fine. The sauce as well as purees were good, though the jam and root vegetables were a bit sour and not to my tastes. The dessert on the other hand was a hole in one more or less. Panna Cotta was served deconstructed and with an astounding raspberry sauce among other things. All the flavors meshed really well together as did the textures.
The restaurant has an elegant vibe, a nice view and they were extremely accomodating as we were going to arrive 15 min prior to closing. The service was top notch and the food was delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
