Le Cafe de l'Union - Troyes

Arrives a little by chance in this restaurant bar because all of us interesting were complete. a little frying because nobody inside! but very pleasant surprise. the union has been resumed recently and now it is the concept. very good reception, copious. I recommend the burgers, excellent. a recommendation.

Last night we went to dinner in this famous bistro of all the troyans (formerly the union which now is called: the concept) first I wish to focus on the setting that certainly does not make the quality of the meal but the decoration is just very vintage and I love. Then great surprise the map and the meats proposed, I would not have imagined eating a maturation store last night. It's divine! Fries are houses! the very nice welcome with an exchange with the team on the wines.of beautiful project for this new team and I think we will wait to talk about this new establishment that still has lots of surprises! good continuation to the team

The restaurant l'union no longer exists.places the concept to be discovered without further delay for its new map, its maturation meats, its reception, its decor ...

Particularly ill-received to take place at two a noon in the week, so let us now leave the place to tourists or other people passing by.

We always stop in Troyes on our way back from the Alps and have eaten here several times and the food has been fabulous. I think the Chef might have retired or something.
