Fuji Sushi - Troyes

Just my favorite restaurant in Troyes. The atmosphere, the staff and the food transport you completely into what would be a Japanese restaurant. Saké, sushis, yakitoris, udon, ramen, dorayaki... all classics are there, and are absolutely irreproachable quality! The place is certainly small but it is a good quality and it strengthens the calm and relaxing atmosphere. My guests and I were more than satisfied with the attention given to the kitchen and I had a very good meal. On the other hand, you have to make sure you book. It clearly deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend!

According to me, the best Japanese restaurant in Troyes for several years. I regularly take the menu for 2 or 4 people ashi shoji: wonderful sushi, maki and yakitori await you. Ambiance in the themes, very friendly staff. pictures the shoji menu for 4

Outside the crowd, we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the products. The portions are generous. The room boss is very kind and helpful. Prices are accurate. Good address.

Restaurant with a very good reception, dishes more delicious than others. A small Zen music that passes in the background, just super pleasant to spend a good time and take the time to eat well. Thanks for this delicious cuisine and your welcome we will be back with pleasure.
