フィードバックを提供するWhen I pay for a venti drink is it really that hard to get me a venti water? Clearly asked for a venti water and was given a tall water. Like why? When I’m paying for a $8 drink like come on just give me my venti water . Employees here are not friendly and have attitude problems.
In Lake Sumter Square, this is the place to come for a Coffee and people watch. Usually busy and hopin when the bands play. Large, friendly open air crowds!Service: 5/5
I was really disappointed with the service at this restaurant. From the moment I started ordering, the staff seemed rude and uninterested in providing a good experience. There was no effort to upsell or offer any additional items. Instead, I was left feeling like my every request was met with skepticism or extra charges. The manager, who was working the drive-thru, was particularly unprofessional and lacked any kind of business etiquette. It was clear that there are better ways to increase sales than the approach taken by this manager. When we politely asked for a refill of our coffee and tea, we were told it would only be done this one time, as if it wasn't standard procedure. This kind of service is definitely not up to the standards of a place like Starbucks. We even asked to speak to the manager, only to be told that the rude employee was, in fact, the manager. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of leadership and professionalism in this establishment.

Probably the worst service at any Starbucks we have been to. This Starbucks clearly descriminates here and ALL staff was clearly racist. Only thing missing is a Whites Only sign. Husband ordered a coffee no cream and it is not busy at all. Couple ppl trickle in, they order and all receive their coffee. Still standing and waiting. Staff is talking amongst themselves. Clear and complete disregard to the customer and again it is not busy at all, very low volume. Waited at the counter being ignored for another 5 minutes. They looked but continued to ignore.Husband said excuse me and eventually 1 lady came up asking what he wanted to order. He asked for the coffee no cream he already ordered and she begrudgingly made the order. However she made the coffee with a lot of cream. So he sent it back and said no cream please.Very disappointed in the service here and the staff kills the beauty of the property and area with ignorance and attitudes. Needs new mgmt and staff that is kind to everyone like most Starbucks in the country. Shame on you.
