Bonefish Grill The Villages

Love the chicken family bundle! Good food, good value. Those garlic mashed potatos are sooooo good. The chicken was perfect and the ceaser salad was great with their version of ceaser dressing. Ordering again for hubbies b- day.

Ordered poke Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and received in a timely manner however the tuna was brown and extremely fishy, I called to speak with someone hoping not for money back but to replace the meal and they blamed door dash..."sorry maam when the order left here it wasnt brown and fishy" they instructed me to request a refund from door dash. I asked to speak with manager and they were "on a conference call" As a business owner, this is terrible customer service I wont be back or recommending bonefish to anyone.

Everything was cold. Forgot to send me my Cesar salad. Fried shrimp was way way overcooked. Fries were undercooked and limp and cold. A "small" salmon was only TWO ounces. I measured it. All of the Mussel Josephine sauce had spilled into the bottom of the bag and half were unopened after cooking. Probably dead. Bang Bang shrimp had no sauce. Caveat emptor. $100 order. Use your best judgment. YMMV. BTW, long time Bonefish customers.

Bang Bang Shrimp was perfect delivered hot and on time. Bread was also excellent. I reccomend

It is always excellent food and the service was good. Very busy the night I was there but we were well taken care of. Thanks for a delightful evening. ML
