Zest Cafe Taupo

If you enjoy great coffee, this place is a must-visit. It truly has the best coffee in Taupo, and it was definitely the finest cup we had during our stay. The breakfast we had was also delightful—simple yet full of flavor and served in generous portions. The service was exceptionally friendly. Zest provides a wonderful experience, all behind a humble exterior. We will definitely be returning!

Very friendly service and great food/coffee. benedikt is always a gamble. in my last visit in zest it was consistent. not many caffes use cold smoked salmon. well made and highly recommended.

I visited this café last year and returned this year to support my partner during Ironman 2021. I have to say that I enjoyed my lunch and coffee both times. I was particularly excited about the coffee this year because I loved it so much last year. There's no better way to enjoy watching the Ironman than with a great cup of coffee. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again in Taupo for next year's Ironman!

The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. I also enjoyed the artwork in the coffee area.

Nice spot away from crowded town center, friendly staff, nice coffee food. Heaps of outdoor seating for sunny summer days, look forward to that.
