I'm not a big fan of the mochas.. Didn't taste like anything I have had before.

The best place to go grab a coffee or smoothie! Quick service great prices. The ladies that work here make the experience wonderful keep me going back so frequently. Happy attitudes every single time, and accurate with orders! I always take family/friends here when in the area. Thank you SO much!! :

Worst coffee and customer service! The girl couldn’t remember my drink I repeated several times and she still got it wrong. I ask for a 12 oz and she ended up giving me a 20 oz (which I paid for) and left. I couldn’t keep waiting. Once I tasted the coffee it was burnt and not at all what I ordered!! Horrible experience but it’s typical for Human Bean in this area

The people are friendly and the smoothies and coffee are excellent!

Updating review to ZERO stars. As everyone can see, Jackie asked me to email Brandi to discuss my experience and to make things right. I did, right away. Three months later and there has been no response to my email. The whole we care about your satisfaction response is clearly smoke and mirrors. Shame on you. If you want good coffee AND service go to Bordertown Coffee across the street.
