Dutch Bros Coffee - Garden City

I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I came in specifically ordered a carmalizer freeze for my boss and asked for white milk instead of chocolate milk. I showed the lady the sticky note and told her it was for my boss so it has to be with white milk. She told me she would have to see what to do and her boss came to the window and explained what to do to make that happen to the lady that took the order from me. When I got back to the office it was a blended carmalizer with chocolate milk and now I here how much his coffee sucks and I’m now trying to call and they won’t answer the phone been on hold for 8 minutes. We get coffee there once a day for The last month and tipped the chick just to screw it up when I heard how to make it cause she said it I. Front of me too. What a terrible deal cause now I hate your business since I have to be the one to hear about it

This dutch bros location is the absolute best at being incompetent. Yesterday I spent nearly 30 minutes in their drive thru despite being the 3rd car in the second lane and there were 3 cars in the main lane. The runner chose to take all the main line customers until 2 cars that showed up after I did had already left she finally took the order of the car I front of me. When she came to take my order I was polite until she had the nerve to ask why she wasn't getting a tip. I explained what she did. She claimed I yelled at her causing what might ve been a manager to come out. I'm unsure as they were both rude and making excuses for their lack of ability to perform a simple task. By the time I finally received my coffee six cars who arrived after me had already left. This is not rocket science here. If you can't understand how to work two lanes than close one. Let's say it together, slowly. CLOSE. A. LANE. I've only been here 3 times and it's always the same story. Do not waste you're time and money here.

I really dislike the double line method here. Doesn't matter what order you pull in, people who get there after you WILL leave before you. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered a Dutch Luv Rebel and was given a Frost. I got out of my car and went to the window and knocked. I politely said, Hi sorry, I asked for a rebel the lovely young woman said oh they put it in as a coffee, I 'll get you a new one I said Thank you so much! I then remembered that it was sticker day and the gentleman that handed me my drink didn 't give me one. So I asked and I apologized again. The lovely young lady turned on me and said I swear we gave it to you I said No, I swear I didn 't get one She gave me a nasty look and handed me the sticker. I said. You can come to my car, I swear he did not give me a sticker. She said, Whatever, you 're good , I then apologized again, and she put her hand up and said, YOU ARE GOOD so I turned and left. I 'm sorry, I get that you are busy and maybe I ordered the drink wrong, but I was under the impression that Dutch Bros Teams are supposed to be more polite than other coffee places .
