As the team lead returned from a delivery, he acknowledged the error and offered us a complimentary dessert pizza to make up for the wait. The owner, who I initially didn't know, came in and asked if I had been waiting long. Before I could respond, the team lead explained the situation. The owner then ensured that everything was resolved with my order. I really appreciate the efforts of both the team lead and the owner for their excellent service and for making things right tonight.
I ordered a taco pizza for myself, along with another pizza and some cheese sticks. Unfortunately, they completely messed up my order, and I ended up waiting two hours for my food. I paid $50 for an entirely incorrect order and even tipped the driver $15 for the delivery. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke to said there was nothing he could do to resolve it since they were closed and not accepting any more orders.
I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. I do enjoy their pizza, but when I called an hour before closing to place an order, I was informed they weren’t accepting any more orders for the night. If they can't prepare a pizza in under an hour, I'm not sure how they stay in business. Initially, when I called to inquire about prices, the woman put me on hold for five minutes and then hung up on me. I won’t be returning, as it seems they don’t value their customers.
Food is outstanding, the cost is more than justified.Delivery is quick and the kitchen staff are always kind and patient.
I work at the AT&T store, and the owner came in. He was incredibly kind and polite. He treated our entire team to pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be a long-term customer. Thank you!
