Burger King - St. Joseph

Had a vet visit with a pet it was in a carrier I went in for a to-go order and the manager in charge screamed at me no pets allowed get out now! Worst experience went to tons of places no complaints even food related for to-go orders never got screamed at for owning a pet. Clear this franchise hates animals. If you own a pet avoid here clearly they are against having a pet Please avoid going there in the past had to call because of wrong food or messed up order even cold food. clearly the management needs changed of something new this management is completely wrong. Worst location in town. Needs new management. -My animal was a service animal and I was kicked out for having it

The food is affordable and while it's not the healthiest option, it tastes great. The seating and parking are convenient as well. However, the true highlight of this place is the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond what is typically expected, and instead of coming off as burnt out, they were cheerful and genuinely happy to assist.

We haven't eaten at the BK in town for quite some time because it has often been messy and had other issues. However, I'm impressed with the recent makeover; the restaurant looks really nice now. The food was decent, though it was a bit sloppily put together. Everything you need, like lids, straws, napkins, and sauces, is kept behind the counter and not easily accessible, so you have to ask for them. If the improvements continue, we’ll definitely consider coming back.

I went through the drive-thru to order some drinks and had to wait for quite a while. The new assistant GM was handling the payments and was very apologetic and friendly. He mentioned that he was implementing some changes and hoped we would return. However, the girl who handed us our drinks didn’t know which ones were which.

Went there between 9 and 10 in the evening. Associates were never nice, really talkative. Food has been HOT when I get it. There are usually three of the same people working this shift. Older gray haired man, very nice talkative, very upbeat about life. Colored gentlemen very respective, ensures everything is Hot and ready, very nice. There is a little lady early 30 maybe 40's prompted when taking your order, chatty with a great voice.
