Buffalo Wild Wings - St. Joseph

I used to visit this restaurant weekly, but I stopped going about a year ago due to declining service. Even during quieter times, the servers struggle to keep up. As a result, my food was barely warm, and my beer wasn't cold. The server attributed the delay to the bartender's slowness, but my order had been waiting for her to pick it up for about ten minutes. Unfortunately, this has been the same experience I've had during my last few visits. I really hope they can hire more staff and improve their training because I would love to come back.

I believe this is one of the best BDubs we have been too! The food was hot and cooked correctly not too dry and not under cooked! We sat ourselves at the bar and our bartender was on it! Definitely only coming back to this one!

The restaurant was decent, and I was excited to try the General Tso sauce on the wings. However, I found it disappointing; it tasted just like the sauce from frozen Asian food you can buy at the grocery store. It was overly sweet and lacked any spiciness. On a positive note, the server was extremely friendly, perhaps a bit too much for my taste.

I would like to start this review by saying this was hands down the best dinning experience i’ve ever had. Our waiter Isaac was the most eccentric and enthusiastic waiter I have ever encountered, my boyfriend’s food came out incorrect and Isaac noticed it before we even did and immediately sent it back to get it fixed . The food was delicious as always but the service was the best part, you could tell Isaac loved his job and really enjoyed putting a smile on his customers faces. I will definitely be returning to this establishment.

The food was fantastic! We enjoyed some wings and a cheeseburger, both of which were delicious. The fries were also tasty. Even better, they were part of the lunch special menu at just $10 each!
