New China Super Buffet - St Joseph

It's not bad overall, but sometimes the chicken can be a bit tough, and the broccoli could use more steaming. That said, the food is generally great! The prices are slightly on the high side, but it is what it is. It definitely won't keep me from coming back again and again! (Lol)

The food was wonderful—hot and fresh. I visited on a Thursday night, and the place was quite busy, which is always a good sign. My total, including a drink, came to just under $17, which I found reasonable. I would definitely come back to eat here again. Great job!

The food was served cold and didn't reach the appropriate temperature. The cheese dish had an unusual taste, and I was worried about getting sick, so I couldn't eat much of it.

We visited the carnival today and decided to have dinner here around 7:50 PM. Unfortunately, the buffet dishes were mostly empty, and the food that was available was very dry. This was our first time dining here, and we definitely won’t be coming back. Given how busy they were, we expected more fresh food would be prepared. When I asked about it, they said they weren’t making anything new because they close at 9:00 PM, which was only 45 minutes away. I mentioned my concerns to the woman at the counter who was taking our payment, but she didn’t seem to care or apologize. I was very disappointed and didn’t feel we got our money’s worth. We will not be returning and will be sure to share our experience with others.

"I’ve seen some unfavorable reviews, and while I can understand some of the criticism, I absolutely love this place! I always enjoy seeing the owner; he's cheerful and friendly. The food is really good, and although there have been occasions when it was served at room temperature, I found it delicious and it didn’t taste stale or bad. I’ve generally had no issues with the service. There were moments when the waitress seemed a bit grumpy, but I don't take that to heart. As for the pricing, I think it's reasonable—not too cheap, but not overly expensive either. They are currently closed for renovations, and I really miss it!"
