Sushi Ya - Sparta

Food has always been good here. Usually go with the bento boxes cause they are just pure flavor. Highly recommend

We have been dining at Sushi Ya since our kids were little our youngest not even in Kindergarten. Now they are in high school! It isn’t easy eating out with 3 little kids but this restaurant always make it work for us. Even though we moved 30 minutes away we always come back for a quick meal whenever we can. The staff is always pleasant, the premises are clean, and the food is fresh, flavorful and prepared just right. We had not been here since before quarantine but were luckily able to go tonight. We were happy to find out that nothing had changed and the food was as delicious as it always has been. We have been to many Japanese restaurants in the area !but for a casual, family dinner, Sushi Ya will always be #1 for us.

I love this place absolutely. Fish is always fresh, Nice waiter, great sushi every time. They've been here almost every week for seven years. Don't skip a beat. Sushi Deluxe and Uni or Ecora recommend. I hope to be seven more here!

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and ordered tuna, salmon, and yellowtail rolls. The tuna quality was just average, possibly even below average. It was quite lean, with only a small amount of essential fat. The yellowtail wasn't a large cut either and its color was inconsistent, indicating lower quality fish. However, I found the overall taste to be satisfying. The salmon, on the other hand, was quite good; it had an excellent fat-to-meat ratio and was rich in flavor. I also enjoyed the clear soup, which was delightful. Overall, I would definitely consider eating here again.

This is one of the best sushi spots in the area. I've visited countless times and have always had a great experience. Don't be deceived by the location or the exterior; it's much better than it looks. If I could give it a six-star rating, I absolutely would!
