Would have rated you 4 stars,but I found it difficult to understand to understand sales person on the phone. Water is fine and delivery is timely, but a salesperson who speaks clearer would really help. Tha k you.

I spoke with Jason Miller yesterday and had my order delivered today. I met the driver as I was leaving the house and he was friendly, courteous and more than accomodating in meeting my special needs for the delivery. It is a pleasure supporting a local business and meeting employeees who love their company, appreciate their customers and take pride in the services they provide!

Very bad customer service and Jason got mad that my wife left a truthful review he did not like back in August! The receptionist is so rude, has kept our card on file when told not too, and had multiple billing issues.
