Acme Water World South Bend

I dined at this restaurant for 2 years, but in the last few months, I noticed that they were overcharging my account. They had taken money from my account multiple times in a month. I called multiple times to address the issue, but I was either ignored or never received a call back. When I went to the restaurant in person, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I called to cancel my account and stop the automatic payments, but they still took money from my account. I had to cancel my card through the bank because of their actions. I do not recommend this place at all, as they are very unprofessional.

Let me share my experience with this restaurant. I ordered delivery for four weeks in a row. However, during the first week, no delivery came and I had to call them. The second and third weeks, the delivery arrived as expected. Unfortunately, during the fourth week, no delivery was made. I decided to return the bottles and cooler to close my account. It has been a few weeks now and I still have not received a refund for the deposit on the bottles. I called them to inquire about it and was told they would get back to me, but I have not heard anything since. While the staff is friendly, their customer service is lacking for a business. It seems they do not prioritize fulfilling their customers' needs or providing refunds. I would caution potential customers to proceed with caution.

We had a party last weekend for 200 people. We decided to use ACME Water World for catering, but unfortunately, they did not deliver any ice and did not return any of my calls. It was very challenging to find 500 pounds of ice with only 2 hours notice. I will never use their services again.

They have my card in the file and invite me more than one time in the month. Don't call back!

Would have rated you 4 stars,but I found it difficult to understand to understand sales person on the phone. Water is fine and delivery is timely, but a salesperson who speaks clearer would really help. Tha k you.
