I looked in TripAdvisor and found this restaurant, it happens to be located inside a luxury resort. They replied quickly in email and arranged complimentary pickup from my own hotel. The waiter who served us is very friendly and explained every course in details and good English. We bought our own wine and they didn’t charge us any corkage fee (still serves well! We had the tasting course for USD 35 each (3 wine pairing with tasting menu is just USD 50 . The food are great, we especially enjoyed the entrees, beef and scallops. The restaurant and resort atmosphere is great. If I come to Siem Reap again, which I must, would love to come to the restaurant and resort for sure!

This isn't particularly western or Asian restaurant. But very much Asian oriented Khmer inspired restaurant. You can indulge in the subtle taste and efforts they put in each plate. Not much choose for vegetarians. But you can optimise the dishes by replacing meat ingredients into something else you can dive for.

It was truly a fine dining experience at the Chi. The awesome staff members have made it more terrific. Don't miss it if you visit Siem Reap. Never mind even if you are not familiar with Khmer cuisine. It was my first encounter, but the food was just awesome. The advice and explanation from the hall staff was very helpful. Enjoy!!!
