Incredible experience at a traditional Cambodian restaurant. Buffet dinner with tons of choice, both western and traditional dishes. The dinner is followed by an one hour of traditional show revealing Khmer culture. A bargain for the entire experience costing only 12$.
A combo ticket for a good buffet style food plus an evening dancing show. The price for both is very reasonable. The buffet is good but not outstanding, but has a lot of choice from Cambodian dishes to other ASEAN cuisines like Thai and Vietnamese, some basic sushi, kimchi, fries and even spaghetti for those who go to South East Asia and crave for Italian food...
Well it is buffet style but the quality of food is below average especially the japanese sushi, the rice used is not japanese rice nor cooked with vinegar, just plain rice. The stir fried crocodile meat is leathery tough. Desert is alright but not cold enough. The cultural show is superb, the costumes are colorful and outstanding. Dining hall is spacious and airy despite having a thousand diners in it.
Came here to see an apsara dance show with buffet, booked through my hotel. The dance show was ok, nothing incredible. The food was mediocre, all fairly bland despite me trying about 20 different dishes. The chicken curry had zero chicken in it. The beer was overpriced $4 including a compulsory service charge for local Angkor beer) and not very cold.
