Bojangles - Shepherdsville

5 Star for a Bojangles We eat at Bojangles on long road trips through the south because we don't have that option at home. We love the fast food, but the service is usually really bad. NOT THIS LOCATION! Incredibly friendly service, the best we've everexperienced at Bojangles. Paired it with a clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, fresh food... This should win awards withcorporate. Thank you so much!

This was my first time at Bojangles. My friend and I were headed to Nashville, TN for a short vacation, and we decided to stop there for lunch. It was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I have no complaints at all. The staff was very welcoming and polite.

This was probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. When I pulled up to the window, half of the staff were shouting and swearing at each other. I received my food, but the biscuits were crumbled into pieces in the box, the fries were undercooked, and the chicken was rock hard with three times the batter compared to the actual meat. I ended up having to throw everything away and go elsewhere. What a waste of money!

This was my first time trying Bojangles, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I ordered the three-piece chicken wing dinner with a side of dirty rice and mashed potatoes with gravy. The chicken had an extra crispy skin that was perfectly seasoned and fried, while the meat was juicy. I would absolutely get this again!
