Texas Roadhouse - Louisville

Our waitress was incredibly attentive, and the food was delicious as always. Although it was quite busy, the wait time passed quickly. Thank you for making my son's birthday enjoyable!

We had a rather disappointing experience when my family and I recently visited the Outer Loop location. After placing our orders, it took over 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. When the food finally came, the order was incorrect, and one of the items we ordered was missing altogether. After waiting for it to be cooked to the right temperature, we were eager to leave. The quality of the food was not what we had come to expect from their other locations, and there was no offer to adjust the bill for the mistakes or delays we encountered. If we decide to return, it will definitely be to a different restaurant.

Overall, the experience was quite good. It took about 20 minutes for our waiter to arrive at our table, but once he did, he was very attentive and prompt. He appeared a bit frustrated or overwhelmed by the busy atmosphere, but that didn’t prevent him from assisting us to the best of his ability. The food was well-prepared and fresh, making for an enjoyable experience. If he had reached our table a bit sooner, I would have rated the overall experience with 5 stars.

Honestly, the customer service is always pretty good. This particular night though, there was literally a roach that crawled out from our booth. Crushing as Texas Roadhouse is the only restaurant my son will eat.

Terrible service, not one table was clean with at least 3 bussers goofing off walking around as a group. The food came out wrong, then came back wrong then came back again WRONG. Cooks need to learn basic temps.
