Whataburger - Scottsdale

I get the Hatch Green Chili cheeseburger every time I go through the easy Drive Thru window option. The fries are always hot and fresh. The wait time is great as the food is made to order. The unsweetened ice tea is a nice option if you don't drink thepopular sodas. So far I have had perfectly executed burger preparation. A good late night idea as they are open 24 hours a day.I do like their cheeseburger for the price.

Whataburger has the worst customer service. We placed our order and tried to use a free Whataburger reward by scanning it, but Michael informed us that we couldn't redeem it because we needed a code. So, my husband ordered it online instead. We requested mayo, and were told it was extra, which isn’t accurate since it’s free when you order through the app. It took a long time for our order to arrive, and when it did, it was incorrect. When we asked them to correct it, they were reluctant to help. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This Whataburger is truly one of the hidden gems in the area. I've never received a cold burger here, and the service is consistently quick and efficient thanks to the well-staffed team. If you’re in the know, you understand the importance of finding the right Whataburger locations!

I'm from Texas and have been eating whataburger since I was very young. And always loved how the buns were toasted, it's not often that they still do this, well I brought my aunt for lunch and we both agreed that our burgers were definitely made how wegrew up eating them. However, over the past month, I've noticed that the patty melts seem to be pre-made, as they are brought to me about a minute after I place my order, and they’re usually only mildly warm. Previously, my orders would arrive steaming hot, which I didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for. I've heard similar feedback from other customers who have received their orders before they can even fill their drinks and sit down, raising concerns about freshness. The food is still good, but it's not quite what I loved about this place—the fact that everything was always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, and the building is clean, so it's still a decent spot.
