Two samples. Kids were very disappointed, got what they tried. I was shocked, told the girl I'd get an ice cream if could sample more, she said no. I've been to lots of ice-cream places and this has never happened to me so I was a little shocked. I asked the owner and she said that was the policy and she said they just bought the business recently and that's what it was. I was going to buy about $50 worth of dessert and come to this place regularly, I was disappointed as were my kids and I'm obviously not going here again.Penny wise pound foolish, you saved 5 cents and lost about $500 of annual recurring revenue a year from us. Hopefully it's a good learning opportunity on how to retain customers for the future.
Wow! Lavender gelato was AMAZING they had like 40 more flavors to choose from. We also had a tiramisu pistachio cake that were excellent. Great friendly service and fun family vibe. We'll be back!
Best gelato I've ever had. I tried the orange cake (which was still warm! and it was excellent too. Great espresso and nice friendly staff.
Not the most awesome gelato place anymore. Pistachio gelato looks like vanilla and barely has any flavor. Mango tasted like something else. It’s like any other corporate gelato shop and completely lost its authenticity. More sugar less flavor. New people are nice but I don’t want to drive all the way from north west valley to come and have this gelato here. Sucks that one of the best gelato place is no more :
This is NOT authentic gelato. This is fluffed up ice cream. I'm Italian. I know gelato. Gelato has a density that distinguishes it from ice cream. It should follow the spoon out of the cup. I drove here to see for myself after reading the reviews....clearly the general public does not know what characteristics gelato is supposed to have. This was some of the worst of the imposter gelatos I have had. This is not the first time I've been taken by these ice cream stores pising as gelaterias. The ONLY place I've ever been to that is AUTHENTIC gelato is Gelato Classico in San Francisco's North Beach. If you're ever there you will know what gelato is supposed to be.
