Starbucks - Scottsdale

Hey, if you’ve been to a Starbucks, you know what to expect. So why am I giving this one a 4-star rating? It’s all about the customer service. The staff here is consistently pleasant and never seems frustrated by difficult customers. They greet you with smiles and genuinely seem happy. Sure, that could just be part of the job, but this location really stands out for its caring attitude. Their friendliness and politeness definitely deserve a 4-star rating. And yes, they serve coffee too!
