I understand that everyone wants their orders immediately, but please be patient if things take a bit longer than expected. There's no need to be rude to the employees; after all, a slight delay in getting your coffee isn’t going to ruin your day, but being disrespectful could really affect theirs. This isn't just about this Starbucks, either. Honestly, these hardworking individuals deserve better treatment from some of the less considerate customers. If you need your coffee right away, maybe consider making instant coffee at home!
The restaurant maintains excellent sanitation practices and staff members wear masks, which is a definite plus! Aaron provided attentive and efficient service with my drink, managing his time effortlessly. Thank you for the wonderful service!
The young girl working the register on the evening of February 9th was fantastic! She's always present when I go in, and she's incredibly sweet and friendly! I manage a Starbucks in the area, and I truly wish my employees were as exceptional as she is—she really stands out as a supervisor! I just wish they were allowed to accept tips; they definitely deserve it.
