フィードバックを提供するThe food was excellent, but the atmosphere on the patio left a lot to be desired. The lighting was bad, and the outdoor teak tables weren't appealing. The service was disappointing as well; we frequently had to look for our server and ultimately had to ask another staff member for assistance. This experience didn't align with my expectations from a high-end hotel.
The service was outstanding. The presence of the falconer really enhanced the overall experience.
Was a terrific experience. Unfortunately, I do not remember our server's name but she was great. I had the sausage flatbread and it was amazing. Husband had the steak with pesto sauce and side of crispy potatoes. Would highly recommend!
We had dinner at 7:00 pm last night. The restaurant was pretty much empty at first with the exception of a large party of two tables of maybe 30 people. They seated us not far from them. Let me explain -this is a fairly large restaurant -and it has a private room that can be closed off. However this group was not in that room and while off to the side, their voices carried a lot! So much so that the three of us were basically yelling across the table at times. About 20 minutes later a few more groups came in and were seated further from our area. Now the restaurant was about 1/3 filled. One of the groups had some very raunchy speaking individuals who did not care that everyone could hear what they said. A family with a young child asked the party to watch what they were saying and ended up moving away from that group. The next issue arose when we went to order. One of us tried to order the hanger steak and the server came back to say there were none left. Now it was 7:15pm in a restaurant that was hardly filled and they were out of it. Plus it is restaurant week. The steak is one of two entrees being offered. You are telling me that they under ordered one of their two promoted entrees? There is good in this review-the food was very good. The entree portions were on the small side for the price. Our server was also very nice and kept checking back on us. Overall, I’m not running back anytime soon. This is a nice restaurant in a five star resort. It needs to start acting that way and so should it’s patrons.
Our dinners at Mowry are pretty simple. Two Avocado Caesar salads with grilled salmon along with two Arnold palmers. We love the salads. The grilled salmon is perfectly cooked and a decent size. The Phoenician is easy to park. Alan and Hector are our favorite servers and treat us like family. Kudos to both of them. Kudos to M&C.
