Crunchy Carrot - Sandbridge

What an amazing experience! Great service with an atmosphere well worth the price. There are ducks and chickens to look at, a trail down to the water, and outdoor seating to soak up the tree shaded sunshine. They made our Mother's Day brunch really special. Definitely returning with more friends. Everyone needs to know about this place.

I love this place. The people are so nice and the food is amazing! Service is great. The artwork, vibe, and energy here also contribute to a wonderful dining experience. Definitely get the lavender rose lemonade to start off. So refreshing. I had the shrimp and grits this time with beautifully poached eggs. I almost ordered the duck hash again which is incredible but figured I will try something different on each visit. The cookies are also delicious!

LL is such a popular place, it is good to make a reservation. Service was prompt and pleasant. The menu offers excellent variety with some unusual and delicious dishes. The servings are generous. My salmon filet was perfectly cooked (not dried out) despite a full restaurant...testimony to a skilled chef. The crab quiche was also outstanding. Much that is served is grown on site or locally sourced. FIVE STARS

Meals are consistently very good. The wait staff are always friendly. Betsey is so nice. While we like sitting in the screened-in back porch, when it's hot muggy (yesterday), the fans don't help much. Mom and I were perspiring when we left .

I had the crab cake Benedict, which was wonderful. Perfectly poached eggs. My husband had the sausage and pepper omelet. He loves it. We were less impressed with the Bloody Mary's, however. The mango vodka was a little off-putting. But we love Lizard and will be back!
